FootballTryouts.com^TM is intended to assist the many football players around the country who want and deserve an opportunity to be seen by a professional football team's staff.  With the multitude of professional football  leagues in the United States, there are many options now available to someone interested in continuing his football career.  Our goal is to provide you with information on open football tryouts around the country so that you can attend a tryout in your area.  We welcome your feedback on this site.

Therefore, FootballTryouts.com^TM and Karizma Sports, LLC make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained on this site, nor for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages that may result from the use of this site.  It is recommended that players confirm any tryout prior to their departure for the tryout.

 This Agreement may be terminated by FootballTryouts.com^TM at any time, in its sole discretion and without notice to the user should the user conduct himself in any manner that is unacceptable to FootballTryouts.com, including any breach of this Agreement.  This Agreement may be terminated by the user at any time by sending e-mail notification to FootballTryouts.com of the user's wish to terminate. 

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.  Should any part of this Agreement be construed as void or invalid by a court of law, the balance of the Agreement shall remain valid and in effect.

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between FootballTryouts.com^TM and you.  You signify your consent to be bound by this Agreement by using this web site.
