Privacy Statement

It is our goal at FootballTryouts,com and Karizma Sports, LLC to assist players in their efforts to make a professional football club.  We realize that a viable way for a player to make a club is through a football tryout.  At Karizma Sports, we also represent professional athletes and coaches and, in so doing, are in daily contact with many coaches and personnel staff from different  leagues.  Although most of the data we collect on users  is required for the bank to process your credit card payment (Address Verification Service  - AVS), we also collect information  so that in the event we have inquiries from pro coaches or other pro football personnel regarding a player's availability or where he may be reached,  we are in a position to respond immediately.

We collect e-mail addresses because we have found this to be the most effective way to reach a player.  We hope to make this site dynamic.  That is, the content should change on a weekly basis.  As more tryout information is collected, we will e-mail all users who have shown an interest in that specific region or all regions, thereby giving users as many tryout options as possible.

We may also review player profiles from time to time to determine if a player needs representation.  Although we have provided some salary information on the leagues, a player selected for a team after his tryout may need representation to assure he receives a fair contract. 

A player who does not wish to have his information provided to a coach or personnel director, or who does not wish to be considered for representation services should e-mail FootballTryouts.com and state as such.  We will honor all requests.

With the exception of football-related information, it is our intention to not provide any personal information on users to third parties.  We do not control the privacy policies of any links to or from this site and make no warranties as to their privacy policies.
